Hot water tank went out late Friday night. Rubin answered his phone and set expectations about coming out Saturday after a previously scheduled job. He came out and did a few extra items (main shut off valve to the house plus water pressure valve) too. Stayed late to ensure the job was finished. Thorough. Clean. Communicates. All around impressed.
Ruben and the team are awesome! I had a leak in my main water line and Ruben discovered not one but several leaks in the old line one of which was under my garage foundation. They replaced the entire main line and worked in a new hot water heater while they were doing the work. The entire project from start to finish was a great experience. The work quality is top notch. Very happy with the service provided. Will definitely use again!

I realized I had a leak in my main water line and called Ruben. He was very responsive and explained his process very well including estimated costs. Ruben and his helper Sam were very professional throughout the repair process. Ruben had to remove a bush in my landscaping to reach the line and even put it back once he was done as if he was never even here. His price for the entire day's work was very reasonable. I highly recommend The Good Plumber.
