We find the services from The Good Estate Agency with both renting and sales very professional, prompt in their responses, very approachable and communicated well with all parties. Would highly recommend using their services.
Do not do business with The Good Estate Agency. They expect you to provide proof of funds (if you're a cash buyer) prior to putting an offer, or viewing the place. When I mentioned the fact im not feeling comfortable to share confidential information (bank statements) with a random agent only to book a viewing. I wouldn't recommend buying a property, selling a property or letting a property through this agency.
All the people that I have had dealings with at the GEA have been very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, especially when I needed to find a property in the city to live in at quite short notice. Thank you. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to my family and friends.
