I would not give this business a star at all unfortunately. Although the staff in general have been very pleasant. I purchased the top package years ago, I say years ago because I had nothing but pain from them. I was told to keep pushing through the pain to the point of ending up at a podiatrist and being told to stay off my feet for 10 weeks as they injured my feet. Not off to a good start…. Paid $1,900 for a 3 step system. When making such a large purchase, customers should know that all sales are final. Apparently there is a sign on the counter, but this is something that should be verbal so customers are aware. I hope these things work as right now I’m feeling scammed. Avoid this place!
The store failed to help my individual needs sold me shoes & socks under false pretences and are refusing a refund and won't abide by consumer law that their product is unsuitable for its intended purpose. Anyone looking for a lawsuit great store Yea did that now fair trading are going to contact you thanks for your unhelpful response
