Cheap plastic inserts was what I was offered, they gave some improvement in comfortability but did not feel right whatsoever. Red flags everywhere as I identified the sales tactics very clearly. Looking for quick relief I was still willing to fork out a few hundred dollars to pay for soles for my shoes but there are no soles just inserts and when I was handed a payment guide sheet the cheapest option is $3599 and you must apply for a credit loan to do the payment plan. Helen the consultant has given great advice and my feet and body will be forever grateful to Good Feet Store experience.
I agree with others calling this service a scam. Selling generic plastic inserts for $3200. Feels good for the short period you wear them in-store but then my arch pain severely worsened. I followed their directions exactly. Please see a podiatrist instead of these shameful salespeople. No refund given. They say they offer free "refitting" but it's the same plastic inserts that's not actually customised to your needs.
