Great customer service, just got these so I’m hopeful! Update 1: After using these orthotics for 3 weeks and making several adjustments, I found that my pain actually worsened, to the point where it was worse than before I purchased them. When I attempted to request a refund, I encountered some delays and was told that the staff needed to contact their head office for approval. I am still waiting to receive my refund.
