Store should be open as website and trading hours notice on the door states you ate open on Saturday from 9am to 4pm. It is now 11.31am on Saturday 06 June e 2026 and you are CLOSED. Phone message says you are helping other customers. Obviously you are not. Avoid this business.
Great customer service, just got these so I’m hopeful! Update 1: After using these orthotics for 3 weeks and making several adjustments, I found that my pain actually worsened, to the point where it was worse than before I purchased them. When I attempted to request a refund, I encountered some delays and was told that the staff needed to contact their head office for approval. I am still waiting to receive my refund.
