Hi, my experience at the good feet store in Sandy, Utah surpassed all of my expectations. I went in prepared to purchase their product as I was desperate for solutions to the years of pain throughout my feet, legs etc... I explained to Craig my issues, showed him my feet and directed asked if he could help me. His answer was a positive one for me and I asked him to fix me up that I had already spent thousands on my feet, several operations and they medical field wants to do more, I'm not letting them! Avoid this place like the plague. Read BBB reviews before you visit. Predatory sales practices. Overpriced. Claim to be custom but they're really not. Just different sets of inserts. You'll spend way more money than nessecary and if you're not happy with them there's not much they'll do. Once you're sold, you're stuck no matter how unhappy you are. They do not care and will continue to pester you.
I had been thinking about getting these for about a year, had a girlfriend come visit who loved them, said her mother, her brother and 2 of her aunts also had them. Alicia was wonderful, listened to everything I said and was so helpful, I walk 14,000 steps or more each day and this is going to make the journey even better, one day at a time!!!!
I had a 10:30am appointment. Sales woman who was busy with another client said Daniel is in the back on a phone call he will be right out. 15 minutes later when I asked when he would be done since I had the appointment I was told he is on a corporate call and asked if I could come back. Well I just drove 25 min to get there. Thanks for waisting my time and my gas money. I won’t be back
My feet are so much better. Chelsie did an amazing job. She took time to explain everything and they even found me some shoes that are good!
