THe Arch Support Specialist, Jade Jenkins, greeted us as we walked in the door of the White Marsh 'The Good Foot Store.' She motioned to the area designated for a personal and private exchange where she listened to the concerns we expressed regarding the appropriate arch support. She was a more than an arch support expert, She was genuine. Her manner was one of caring support. She tiredlessly addressed our concerns and ensured us that if we had any more concerns, she would be available to address them. We left the store know... read more

The sales people will absolutely do whatever it takes to get a sale. I was lied to about how to use the system and bought the product. Caused severe knee pain right away and was unable to get a full refund. My BBB complaint went unanswered by the company so I am out of luck. Do not buy from this scam business.

I made an appointment for a free foot consult and went. The lady helping me was pleasant and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the price tag for 3 pair of orthotic inserts and 3 pair of basic insoles came to $1,200! The orthotic inserts were cheap plastic fit to a men’s size 9-10 (not my foot specifically). The lady that saw me put a great deal of emphasis on insurance and suggested I use my HSA to pay for these inserts. $1,200 for cheap plastic…what an insult. The other 2 customers in the store at the same time as me were elderl... read more

Terrible customer service. Multiple fittings and nothing worked. Won’t give me money back and the corporate office was quite condescending when I contacted them. The inserts made my back and hip pain much worse and the salesperson was quite rude when I came back in for additional fittings to solve the problem. At $1100 for a set of three arch supports, they should be polite and helpful at the very least. Also, I agree with the other reviewer who said you could probably get custom-fitted arch supports through a licensed pod... read more

Finally something that works. I have tried every kind of insert for my shoes. My hip is rotated and I have an old back injury. This caused me to have one leg shorter than the other with constant back pain. Ben Samuels measured and checked pressure. The heal lift and supports along with the Brooks shoes works. I am walking so much better, the pain in my back is much better and my legs are not as tired. Yes they are expensive but I have spent a fortune on inserts that did nothing. Thank you Ben and the good feet store.

I order a pair of shoes at the store because they have a limited selection. It was a Saturday and they said the shoes would be at the store on Friday because their orders are sent on Monday. I went the following Saturday to pick up my shoes. The store opened 30 minutes late and did not have the shoes. Backorder they said, but no phone call to let me know. Days later got call to inform me the shoes had been received. I went and the shoes were the wrong width. Reorder. 2 weeks later I checked to find out they never ordered the... read more
