I went to the GFS on 3/21 for my severe Morton’s Neuroma. Tyler worked w/me. He found me insert that he said would work. I struggled w/them for a whole week. They wouldn’t stay in place. The adhesive on the velcro would heat & melt & they kept sliding off the inserts. I had to adjust them 30+ x a day. I went back Monday after & returned the inserts. I called corporate to let them know what was going on. She was absolutely no help & told me I had to schedule an appt & go back to the store. I had no other option but to go back... read more
Salesman was more than understanding and knew what he was talking about. I noticed the 1st evening that my back wasn't hurting me and no pain in my hips. Employees like him are hard to find Good Feet better keep this gentleman.
Adam was absolutely wonderful! He explained everything to my husband and I thoroughly. Definitely will be recommending the good feet store to others!
