It was an unbelievable experience. I met with Laura and she was fantastic. Very customer oriented and knowledgeable about her work. Left the place with different tools to help with getting my feet back on target to decrease and minimize hip, back and knee pain. I felt like I was being taken care of by someone who really was empathetic about getting me to a comfortable place in life with my current ailments. I went in the Good Feet Store in Danbury Ct. And had a great experience with Melinda. She was very informative and did a great job of explaining everything and letting me try on everything and walk around the store, etc.. I will definitely hopefully be back at the store to purchase some arch supports in the near future.

WORST customer service and business I’ve EVER dealt with. They pushed a receipt on underneath my nose and had me sign not only for the purchase of a pair of shoes, but the second signature was too lengthy to read As I am blind in one eye and my “good eye” doesn’t work as well as it used to.
