My only regret is not doing this sooner. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They cared about my foot pain and my wellness.
I've worn Good Feet orthotics for over a dozen years or more. I went to the store to purchase another set and to upgrade my existing orthotics. The lifetime warranty is real. I received new orthotics to replace my old ones and purchased a new set to add to my current footwear. The customer service representative, Melinda, was wonderful. She worked with me to select the best replacement for my existing orthotics and helped me select the best ones in addition to the new one.
