Great attention to customer care; they took the measurements and then fully explained what was going on — and this was for my yearly ‘check-up’ at the store to get the free replacements!

Glenn did an amazing job helping me with my plantar fasciitis. He was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and explained everything in detail. I felt relief instantly after putting in the orthotics and recommend to anyone who works at Amazon or any other warehouses and deal with standing at work for extended periods of time!
Rene met us at the door and introduced himself. I didn't realize what kind of shoe store it was. He explained everything fully and was so knowledgeable. I have problems with my feet and after running a couple of tests he brought out shoe inserts that made a difference in how I walk and were so comfortable. I truly appreciate his help and care that he showed me.
We just left the good feet store and my boyfriend was already feeling the difference in his heel pain the store is very well kept very clean and the two employees were very friendly and explained everything on how the arch supports work and support the feet and i can say there working already my boyfriend isn't limping like he was before we went here they really took the time to make sure that every point in his feet would be supported and what a difference he would feel through out his whole body in time so thank guys at th... read more
