I can't recommend the Middleton location enough. I knew my feet needed support, but I didn't realize how bad. The first time I put their supports in, everything changed. My posture changed completely, and that is something that I have battled my entire life. I could never understand why it was so much harder for me than everyone else to hold myself up straight. Unfortunately my back start to got hurt and I called my doctor today and she told me this kind of support is not for you and you need a specific support for your feet that build and make for your foot. Your salesman man never told me that your products are nonrefundable. I need to come to see you today and talk to the manager. You have to ask the customer if they have back problems that support may not be for them.
It is expensive. BUT after saying that I must say I had excellent friendly service and after 5 days I can walk again. Thank you.
Amazing store and experience
I had a wonderful experience! Darther immediately made me feel comfortable offered me a seat and we started to talk about why I was there and what I needed. He was extremely friendly and was easy to talk to! I got to try different inserts that would work for my feet and he explained why each one would work and the steps I needed to take. This is truly an investment and I am so thankful for the experience I had and the journey to come :) Thanks again !!!
