Buyer beware! Extremely disappointed with the inserts did not help my planter's fasciitis. It only made it worse. The inserts are too hard and I went in and got a second set of inserts which are supposed to be softer, but they still killed my feet. I was told that there's nothing else they can do for me. They also ran my credit before telling me that they had a no refund policy.. I didn't find out about the no Refund policy until they rang me up..very shady and should not be in business. I'm out a lot of money .
So far so good no back pain first weekend. Put it off for a year thinking I can buy cheaper ones, my fault.
My grandma came in needing help with walking and balance. After 45 minutes she was given supports that I could immediately tell she was walking more comfortably and confidently. Such a great fix for her!
