Excellent customer service. They know what they are talking about. Fawn and Zoe were amazing explaining what they have to offer. Would definitely recommend people that have issues with their feet and need that support when walking standing etc.
I followed the adjustment schedule for 2 weeks it felt ok 1st week but by 2nd week, started to hurt my feet. Still tried 3rd week, no difference. Sucks no refund! and that was not was not explained verbally during the sales pitch. It was just printed small on bottom of receipt. I guess money back guarantee if for businesses that stand behind their product. I definitely felt scammed after reading other ppl reviews.
