Helpful, courteous, & easy to work with. Alex is the winner. Unfortunately- and this is on me, I should've known better- the setup is a little deceptive. A shopper should be aware that if there are no prices listed anywhere, & the product isn't visible in the front of the store, anything purchased there is going to be expensive. During the visit, I asked about a pair of slippers & was told they were $100 if I bought them that day with the orthotics. Ralph, was great working with me. He explained everything in detail, but they didn't work for me. I had to see another doctor. I wasted my money and I don't wear them. They are like used car sales men. I would like my money return, they are in my closet. I would be happy to get at least half back, because I haven't used them.
Alexander was awesome! Fixed us up in style. Highly recommend you pay him a visit.
