I was not prepared to receive information about orthotics in the manor The Good Feet Store delivers it. It certainly feels like the company is pushing a product rather than providing medical services. I would prefer the later for health concerns. That said, certified fitter Eric Langolf was very educated about the product. He did not push the sale but did a good job communicating the value of the product and benefits to the customer. Trae was very helpful explaining everything and showing me what I can have.
Luma was very knowledgeable about foot health and how the product could benefit my very flat feet. She was very patient and fun and delightful to talk to! I’m so excited for my new pair of insoles. I feel like my feet can relax and work less hard. Thanks Luma!
