Terrible customer service. Multiple fittings and nothing worked. Won’t give me money back and the corporate office was quite condescending when I contacted them. The inserts made my back and hip pain much worse and the salesperson was quite rude when I came back in for additional fittings to solve the problem. At $1100 for a set of three arch supports, they should be polite and helpful at the very least. Also, I agree with the other reviewer who said you could probably get custom-fitted arch supports through a licensed pod... read more

I met with Summer she was great! She explained everything well. My morning pain in my heals are much better after just one week. The non-refundable policy( there is little information about the cost during the whole consultation, unless you ask) is a bit discouraging because you spend over $350 per inserts and that is why I would likely tell friends to see their podiatrist first. I should have done the same too. Now I have a bit of guilt of spending WAY TOO much money for ortho inserts that my podiatrist could have written ... read more

I've been in physical pain due to my right hip/leg being shorter than my left and walking was difficult. The Z-man put me on the right path, with arch support, Now my right shoe has new lifts and arch support, I can walk a longer way without so much pain. Also seeing a chiropractor for my back and neck. Everything is tied together. It's been almost a month and i feel better than the past months. Thanks Z!

I went thinking: I was going to spend about 500 or 600 dollars. I paid total $1035. I got extra inserts. At first they were uncomfortable. I got the three inserts. I would wear them for so long building up to wear the first one. After a week I started feeling much less pain. Now, before these I wore "superfeet", I wore "Easyfeet" so these I thought were helping, and they were. But, These inserts I got from Goodfeet are better. Here is how I know, I was going out coffee and hamburger at McDonald's one day and I wit... read more

Took a chance and tried them. They did NOT help me at all. How can you take an ink blot or someone's foot and guess at which shoe insert best fits them. And to top it off charge $900+?? You can't tell by walking around for 2 minutes if they will work. You have to wear them all day to decide. And of course that won't work. They are non refundable then.

Finally something that works. I have tried every kind of insert for my shoes. My hip is rotated and I have an old back injury. This caused me to have one leg shorter than the other with constant back pain. Ben Samuels measured and checked pressure. The heal lift and supports along with the Brooks shoes works. I am walking so much better, the pain in my back is much better and my legs are not as tired. Yes they are expensive but I have spent a fortune on inserts that did nothing. Thank you Ben and the good feet store.
