My experience was very positive. Derrick from the Altoona office helped us to understand the impact of improper foot alignment and how foot pain can cause pain in other joints. He was very accommodating, very personable, very professional. Not high pressure at all. He did not hurry us and he answered and invited questions. We felt that he had educated us thoroughly to make an informed choice to purchase this product.
