Since purchasing the product my feet are in more pain then they were before wearing the inserts. I can barely walk now. I only had 1 foot in pain before wearing them. Now both feet hurt.
I went hoping for relief to my shin splints. After the foot massager and the walk up and down the hall with the "relaxer" and it felt ok for the 1 min walk in the aisle. I was told the the "strengthener" should be worn a little at a time at home. I don't wear shoes in my home, so I was trying to think how that would work for me.
