Oh my gosh! What a difference the inserts make! I am very happy with the results.
This review is based on the experience that my wife Chala had at this place of business. The salesman was courteous enough. However she did not feel that the whole process was clearly explained, especially in regards to the final cost. She was quite overwhelmed due to the lengthy process, and perhaps mistakenly thought that she couldn’t say no at that point. Insole system is not working out. I was not told about return policy until after purchasing. I wouldn’t have purchased had I known return options are strict and limited. Very disappointed.
