I took my brother to get orthotics as he complained about is foot, a lot. Nick was very kind and patient with him; Ron's communication is not very good due to a stroke. I asked Ron how he was doing and he is very pleased. The pain in his foot is diminishing and he was very appreciative of Nick being patient. Thanks Nick for being there.
