After two days of use, the first Arch Support(Strengthener)is used for 30 minutes a day, and the second Arch Support(Maintainer) is also used for about 40 minutes on the same day. After two consecutive days, the pain at the root of the right foot was slightly aggravated. This is the current situation after use.
