Before you feel obliged to purchase these products here, beware that they have this policy of 60-90 days, of accepting a return. And, sometimes its not always clear if they do infact do a full refund. These same inserts can be purchase through and ortho store or even amazon and a cost of 70-80% less. Sorry to give this review, but these same items are much less at other places. This place to me, was sorry, a consumer disaster.
Malik the sales agent was very patient and attentive. After close to two hours, I finally got a pair of shoes with arch support.
They are all very nice. Allen who helped me is very helpful , knowledgeable and patient !
Good customer service. Knowledgeable staff. First day in maintainers. A little sore, but alignment / realignment feels good so far.
