Please be very careful. The staff are not podiatrist or doctors. These are not custom orthotics. The use the shoe size machine that has been around for 60 years too measure your feet. They are just guessing on the fit. My pain and feet are much worse after two weeks. It may help for some arch issues but do not get scammed. It will not fix or bring relief for all feet issues. Kary was very descriptive, polite, and patient, especially with my mom. She definitely knew Her products and was very professional in her sales. The whole experience was very pleasant and it didn't even seem like we were there for 3 hours. Thank you Kary. We need more people like you in the world. such a lovely person you are. My wife and I are having pain issues in our feet, knees and hips and my lower back was hurting. We had a feeling that the issues could be with our feet and shoes we were wearing. We went to The Good Feet Store in Rockwall, TX. where we were greeted by Kary who introduced us to the manager James. We explained the issues we were having and they had us do the foot test by seeing where our feet were hitting on the floor. It was a new experience for me and I think it will really work out for me moving forward as I will be not feeling so much pain in my feet anymore
