I went into the pleasant hill store and had Derrick excellent he was so knowledgeable and just very professional. I was so amazed on how the whole program works and when I put the insert in my shoe on felt like I was walking on cloud nine it made my husband emotional because he knows how bad my feet are. I walked out of the store a new person and also purchased a pair of brooks shoes there amazing
Would like to give a zero! Went to store on Saturday September 6 was told if I didn’t want a long wait I needed an appointment. Booked appointment for Sunday September 7th at 1 pm while in store. When I arrived for appointment I was told there was no such appointment booked but they could get to me in 40 minutes. I left and I won’t be back!
Yesterday I spent quality time with Ariana at Good Feet. I have extreme over-pronation in one foot, which affects my feet, knees and back when I walk. She fitted me with arch supports to both strengthen and maintain healthy distribution of foot placement. She will keep in close touch with me and be there if I need anything. I like that the next time I need new supports, they will be free. So far, I am happy with my decision to trust Good Feet!
Had an appointment and arrived spot on time. Waited over 30 minutes to be seen and left pleasant hill store in frustration. Why take appointments if walk-ins are prioritized over appointments? Won’t be back
