Purchased a pair of inserts for about $500.00 about 6 months ago and was told to bring them in once worn out for an exchange (no need to make an appointment). Showed up today 10am for exchanging them and was told by HECTOR it would take 45 min to 1 hour to see me since he had an appointment with customers. I explained that I was there for an exchange and the customers having the appointment graciously told Hector to help me. What a great experience! I felt instant relief from plantar fasciitis pain in my heel instantly. I’ve been in pain, off and on, for about 15 years and have had to get multiple cortisone shots. This is going to take away the need for this.
