I purchased insoles from The Good Feet Store located at ********************************************************************************. I wanted insoles for foot support because I live an active lifestyle. I was first taken aback because the insoles are not custom made, but fitted more to the shoe. That being said I wanted long term help. The sales woman was nice, but extremely pushy. I ended up spending $1,006.74 on two insole types and a sole cushion. I bought these inserts to help with my heal pain. I spent $700.00 for a set of inserts. I have been wearing these for 2 months and I think my foot is worse than it was before I started wearing the inserts. So beware they do not offer a refund if youre not a satisfied customer. I truly cannot recommend this product to anyone. I went in to Good Feet because the insoles that I had purchased were no longer working. My planter fasciitis was back. When I originally purchased the insoles I was told that I could bring them back and for $20 could turn in my old insole and get a new one. That is what I attempted to do. I was told that my insole wasn't flat and therefore I couldn't get a new one for that $20. I was told that I could be measured for a new one...at full price of a new one.
