I was a walk in customer but was treated as if I had set up an appointment. Cassie was very helpful. Still getting use to the arches but my feet didn't hurt after walking on uneven ground for a couple hours.
I just received my arch supports today, so I cannot attest to how they feel after time, but, I can say the experience was fantastic. I made an appointment (I highly recommend doing this), and Michael took the time to find what works for me after multiple tries to find just the right support. My feet have been killing me and were incredibly inflamed. After a little trial and error, we found something. Thank you, a Michael, for your time, expertise, and patience.
I went in with some foot pain and met with Paul who was extremely helpful in helping me diagnosis my issues and recommending a solution that would help fix it. On day two --- am very hopeful about the future.
I went to the Good Feet store on Wednesday July 30th 2025 to buy a good pair of shoes because I have falling arches. We went through the steps of getting a print of my feet. I got them measured to get the right size shoe. I noticed one of the shoes was uncomfortable so Paul the sales person showed us the 3 step system.
