Kelly was full of knowledge and experience. She was very patient with my teenage son, guiding him, step by step with each insole and kindly answering every single question and addressing all of his fears. The process was thorough. My son has been battling flat feet and over pronation his entire life— which has led to chronic pain. We hope these pay off and can’t wait to see the results!!
Still a work in process.Hopefully arch supports will eliminate the pain I have experienced for years.

The only reason I will not support this store is the advertisement for what I required was not there as stated on their site. However no one answered . It was not her fault she tried to be helpful. AI is not always a business's friend. she was alone and had no help to answer the phone this is understandable. And please do the company she was very wonderful in trying to sell me stuff but I'm too advanced for your company
My Goodfeet Tech Specialist Chris was very professional, tentative and courteous to all my needs. I could tell right away that the orthotics were going to be very helping with my pain issues. It's only been 3 days since my purchase, but I'm hoping it will start to resolve my foot, knee and back pain in time!
