Everyone who works there was very kind, professional, and welcoming. The thing is, these insoles cost upwards of $2600, a fact that is well hidden and not advertised anywhere in the store. In fact, you won't hardly see a price on anything. Really good for my wife but the sneakers I got I don't wear. The are really friendly and professional.
My feet & back are better since I purchased the inserts & shoes that fit my feet. The girls were definitely a big plus in helping me with my problems.
