I worked at the Good feet store since the day it opened, I actually have many reviews on here from people I sold arch supports to. The product will help people in chronic pain however I want you to be aware that each support cost 450.00 and a 3 stupport system is 1350.00. With shoes it is 1500.00. A 4 support package is 1850.00. My Husband and I went there to inquire about some sneakers that would be lightweight and help with our sore feet. Albert was the salesman for us that day. He was very knowledgable and explained everything from start to finish. Yes they are very high priced for me as well but it was like making a decision to art least give my feet a good pair of sneakers with the arch supports that will help me. We were greeted as soon as we arrived.. Nancy who was the Manager on duty took care of My Daughter and I.. she knew her product and explained all that we could expect from your Product. We well I experienced an emotional moment seeing my Daughter Allison walking with more comfort due to her feet hurting for along time.. she is a special needs child. Nancy was amazing with her.. Just got the new insoles but can really tell instantly it’s a difference. Little far to drive for me but worth it.
I was originally doubtful and impatient about the products. I was also very unhappy with the price. After talking to the assistant manager, I’m hopeful that this will be a worthwhile and life changing investment. I look forward to be pain free!
Doreen was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a very simple, straightforward process. I am still getting used to the inserts, but am already feeling some relief.
The associate was thorough in explaining the product and process including taking foot prints and pointing out the problem areas. She answered all questions.
