I took my mother for an appointment with Ian Brown and I can honestly say that we were not disappointed. Our appointment started right on time and Ian made the experience very comfortable, knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything fully and gave us many options for care. My mother left with " happy feet" Thank you again Ian for your great service.
My specialist was Ian Brown at the cockysville location. He was the ultimate professional. Very knowledgeable and patient. Ian walked me through each part of the process and made sure I understood. He was truly amazing and I cannot thank him enough. Ian made sure I understood what I was purchasing and how to use it all. I am grateful that is was him I was assigned to. Looking forward to using my products more.
Not so good. The arch support felt great at first. But then the pressure on my arches aggravated the arthritis on the top of my feet and made my feet quite painful. I took the supports out for a day , then tried them again same results. Sorry I’m going to have to return them. PS the massager. Is great! It gets the circulation back into my toes.
Ian did an amazing job explaining features and benefits of the arch support system. My first visit was very detailed and personalized. The store was very clean and inviting.
I noticed ongoing and worsening pronation problems especially with my left leg. Ian here in Hunt Valley did a good job diagnosing the issues and offering a solution. It was a good experience... he's very friendly and knowledgeable.
