Jerrod (Hunt Valley location) was very professional, kind and patient. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system and what would work best. My husband and I came in for some pain I was having in my right foot. He thoroughly explained everything and offered suggestions. Ian is the man !
Just had my check up at The Good feet Store due to some minor adjustments that needed to be made cause I was experiencing some knee pain. Ian helped me. He was very knowledgeable. Understood what was going on and fixed it I got updated orthotics and immediately I felt no knee pain. I originally bought my orthotics about two years ago and at that time I was experiencing hip pain that has virtually been gone now so I really appreciate the people with the Good feet Store.
