They use shady sales tactics that are as old as time. They won't talk about price unless asked and it turns out they START at $1200. They need to be upfront about what they do. Plus the product is NOT custom-made as you might be led to believe. They are the worst rip-off artists I've heard about in quite some time. Don't waste your time!

The salesperson did a very good job of qualifying and answering questions. The only issue was when I stated clearly that I was not interested in the arch supports and the $1200.00 service plans, she continued to present the supports in spite of me saying that I was not interested in them. I don’t remember what the other packages were but it’s safe to assume it’s probably the average rent cost in SLO. I don’t have any major foot issues but if I did I can’t imagine this woul... read more

Emily and Bob were excellent. Their service was very professional. All our questions were answered clearly and promptly. Bob made really good use of the illustrations. Standing without the inserts I was not stable but with inserts I stood as strong as an oak. My wife and I look forward to healthy feet and very straight backs as we each have three different insole supports, new pressure controlled socks and new shoes.
