Business: TLDR buy it nice, don't buy it twice. I got a set from this business back in 2021 and have been SATISFIED EVER SINCE. The same set of inserts for 5 years, everyday. My feet feel great and its honestly a blast being able to go to Disneyland and not complain about walking too much. So 2023 I noticed my feet beginning to ache again (mind you the ache was MILES better than before I had inserts). Now in 2026 I just got my inserts swapped FOR FREE. This was my fist time at The Good Feet Store as I was experiencing pain in both of my heels. Ms. Brie Trenier, Arch Support Specialist, provided me with a thorough presentation and scanning of my feet. Ms. Trenier was a true professional, courteous and knowledgeable specialist. It’s been three days and I haven’t experience the excruciating pain on my heels. I’m very thankful for the thorough presentation and explanation of each arch support. Thank you Ms. Trenier for your assistance and dedication.
