Great staff that take the time to be sure what you need. I am a Pilates instructor with hip pain. The first fitting was great but I came back in a couple weeks later needing an adjustment. They quickly worked to find a new combination of inserts without hesitation. Hoping we are on the right track now.
The store was in a good location easy to find. The staff greeted me when coming in and listened to my concerns. They explained all the information about their system. I was happy to purchase the system.
I have been wearing the arch supports and they seem to be working.
Let me say this, it was refreshing to receive assistance from a professional retail store representative, Vanessa. The system works so well, I canceled my planned doctor's appointment. It's not cheap, but health is wealth.
