Armando was excellent. I returned to the store after using my inserts for 2 years and he clarified a lot of things. Some things I wasn’t doing correctly and he replaced my one set of inserts at no cost. Also helped me with the pads and Velcro stabilizers. He was very helpful and accommodating.
Did not have an appointment. Waited and was helped with efficiency and learned about what you offer. We bought a pair of shoes and will be back later. Thank you for sharing your knowledge on how you can help us to walk more effectively.
So far day 3 of the arch program … feels good..
The staff and store manager were extremely helpful and polite. They thoroughly explained the process of getting fitted as well as explaining what each products was. I have only had my arch supports a few days now but my foot and knee pain have disappeared. Though a little pricey, the products are guaranteed for life! I would high recommend Good Feet Store to anyone as well as visiting the Annapolis store.
I would recommend a visit to this Good Feet Srore in Annapolis, MD. I was very nervous when I got there but they made me feel comfortable. The sales representative JT was knowledgeable, explained everything and I learned a lot about my feet. I look forward to getting healthier feet.
