I could barely walk in the store. The pain in my ankles, my lower Achilles was unbearable. My emotions were crushing because I didn’t think I would be able to enjoy my trip to see my grandchildren. Dan took his time with me explaining everything in the calmest simplest manner due to me having a TBI. He went above and beyond to not only put in me in the necessary insoles but also walked straight and in circles with me to help my brain cooperate with my walk.
