Great experience and customer service provided by Al at the Good Feet store -Burnsville location. He did a fantastic job explaining the insert products and their many features during my fitting, which lasted about an hour. No high pressure sales tactics used as he has been a user himself for over 20 years. Would highly recommend trying these inserts for ongoing foot pain. The journey of a 1,000 miles begins with a single, pain-free step…and I’m on my way with the help of The Good Feet store!

My husband went to this store with plantar fasciitis pain. He was pressured into buying a pair of these insoles for $450, plus the inserts that go over the insoles for another $100. They wanted us to get 3 sets for $1200.00. The insoles made his pain much worse, so bad he couldn’t walk. We took them out after a month and got Dr. Scholl’s from CVS and the pain is finally getting better. This is a scam! Please do not buy them. There is no return on these. Big mistake!

Al fitted me with the supports. Due to personal reasons, I ended up not purchasing at this time. Al was very professional in his approach to both the education about the product and being a salesman. This is the kind of associate you can only hope to find at any business, and he represented the brand well by making me feel right at home. I'll tell anyone I know about how his customer service makes me recommend this location! Make sure to do research on the products, pricing, and return policy to ensure you are an informed co... read more
