I was lied to and up sold a bunch of additional products that I didn't want. I was told all the products had to be purchased as a bundle and couldn't be sold separately. The salesperson also put her coworkers name on the purchase receipt. Arch supports themselves are actually great.

I had a great experience. I made an appointment and the sales person was wonderful. I now understand why some of the people on the commercial cry. My feet feel so much better

I didn’t know what to ask for or even what I was looking for I had just heard about it in the radio. Within the first 15 min I was amazed at how bad my feet were, but then just like that they had me try some inserts on with some shoes n I could feel the difference immediately. I don’t mean the pain stopped right away but I could feel how my feet were supposed to be.
