My experience at the Good Feet store with Mrs Erica was wonderful. She talked me through the entire process. She is a very awesome employee. I feel so much better using the 3 step arch support. Thanks Mrs. Erica.
Great experience! Erica and Chad are a good team working together to help people find the right fit. Good Feet insoles have proven to be the best product to help with the issues I’ve had with my feet. Glad to have this store within driving distance.
Mrs. Erica was great. She helped us out and was very informative. so far i do believe the Good Feet inserts will help me. Time will tell. I personally think there should be two representatives in the store as the process takes time and people must wait a good while. Luckily, I did not have to wait too long but knew others there were having to wait.
Really help alleviated my back pain.
Erika J. Was very helpful, informative, professional, great sense of humor and interaction with us, we bought the starter kit from her . And frankly had she not treated as well as she did to smooth over the cost I probably would not have spent that kind of money of insoles ... However she proved to us by demonstration what they would do for us ... I am on the second day of the 3 step process going thru adjustments . So far so good ... Thank you Erika J .
