We wanted to follow up on a previous posting regarding the purchase of some products that didn’t resolve my wife’s ailment on her feet. We were contacted by the Corporate & Management of The Good Feet Store in response & during a visit to the store they made things right with us. Even though the inserts didn’t work for her particular ailment we do recommend this business because customer service is a priority with them.
My wife & I visited this Good Feet Store earlier in the year & she purchased the 3 step system($2100 worth). First of all there are no complaints as to the employee that waited on us( I think it was Tommy). He was friendly & professional. She followed the daily steps or process by the instructions provided. Long story short, they did not help her at all! If anything they made matters worse.
