Andy was good to work with. He explains the the product well and what it should do for me. He took his time to fit me. I have only had the product for a day so I can't give a full review. The one thing they did for me right away was releive what I thought was a sciatic nerve pain in my left lower back area. Feet pain is lower and I am expecting that will even get better with time. Product pricing is high. I don't mind paying for the fitting, but the Individual shoe insert cost is high.
