My first experience was very impressive, took impressions of the pressure points on my feet and they were accurate. Sales lady went into the back to get my custom inserts (3 sets) which were enclosed in a very fancy box. Walked around the small area in the store and I must admit the inserts did seem to help, however, about 2 weeks later my feet were not ok and I was back at the orthopedic's office for relief.
