The GFS could improve by communicating better with the customer, they could be more honest in their advertising, and they could keep their word about contacting their customer as promised. These arch supports are very expensive, and complicated to use. The insole they "give" (at a high cost) to go with the support is made of rubber, it is very hot causing much discomfort, and it smells terrible. Just what we all want on our feet in the hot summer.
