I was moving out of town and my shoes had been accidentally packed with my arches - they helped me over the phone identify the ones I had purchased - 8 years before and get a new pair over the phone! They even gave me a coupon - awesome service!

I was not told that the LIMITED warranty would cost me $99.00. That’s ridiculous, I felt like I HAD to buy it all to work.. the cost is outrageous. Been wearing them for 2 weeks & have not felt relief.

My right foot was really bad, planters fasciitis and in trying to heal it, my knee started swelling. Someone I talked to told me what to do. Bridge accident made coming north really difficult and so I worked with the foot. It is getting better but slowly. Thanks for asking!
