I came in with my grandmother and Greg was so supportive! She struggles with flat feet, arthritis, stabilization, restless leg syndrome, and knee pain. Greg took his time (seriously, he spent 2 hours with us!) answering all of her questions, fitting her for proper shoes, and of course matching with her with the appropriate arch supports. It was great to see how much more stability she was able to achieve right away.
I was already shopping for arch supports and Karma helped explain all the different options as well as how they would impact my overall foot health. I would have liked to see the cost rundown a little sooner in the assessment, but I appreciated how Karma suggested ad ons and quickly accepted them when I declined them. I love the lifetime trade in policy. I don’t need to worry about buying a new pair every year/every other year.
We had an amazing experience with Karma! She was very professional, extremely helpful and friendly. I can honestly say I have never had such a positive experience in a store. I greatly appreciate her! She acknowledged us, engaged us and was very helpful from the moment we arrived. Thank you very much! We will definitely others to come and see her.
So far 3 days in much improved first time in 2 1/2 years a positive outlook knee replacement is a journey
