Great service with knowledgeable staff.
The good feet store products just did not work for me. I am waiting to speak to the salesman who I contacted telling him that I need to return the products. My foot issues cannot be solved by art supports of any kind. I have attempted to work with him for the last couple of months and there has been no improvement in my condition at all. I was told that there was a 90 day return policy, so I am awaiting my salesperson’s confirmation on how to return the product and receive the refund I was promised.

Angela at The Good Feet store in Sarasota was excellent in explaining & demonstrating how the orthotics work. Since I’ve been wearing them I’ve noticed a reduction in knee pains and look forward to my feet arches getting stronger.
The sales lady was great, I'm not happy with the product and the price. I told that I walk on the side of my feet (True). I told the product would help stop my hip and knee from hurting because the product would straighten up my feet. This was a couple months ago and I'm still in pain .
