Dr Hershberg and team are terrific! I have done many diets and this is finally one that will give me the long lasting change to keep the weight off. The diet is simple, easy to remember and work with so when you have a lunch out with a friend you don’t feel limited or like you are ‘cheating’. Support and coaching as well as the medical testing has made this journey positive and long lasting.
Thrilled to recommend, I have had a very positive experience. Truly appreciate this lifestyle approach that is realistic and sustainable. 5 stars all the way!
I'd love to know why an MD who practices at a Weight Loss Clinic is doing motor vehicle accident assessments for Intact Insurance/Uber. Little extra cash on the side for skewing the patient's real situation? What's her expertise in MVA injuries, whiplash and concussion? Brain too heavy?
I had to write this review after reading the one below... Dr. H is the most competent GP I've ever met. I've been very successful on her diet and this is all because of her honest feedback. If I wanted someone to tell me what I wanted to hear, I'd get a parrot. She's helped me build better awareness around my lifestyle choices, and that's exactly what I needed, the truth.
