We chose The Good Companion as our home care provider Amanda the service coordinator was lovely she took the time to discuss our needs. Amanda is easy to talk with and provides helpful advice or just reassurance which gives us peace of mind. My 93 year old aunt was having 3 days care 3 hours a day. This needed to be increased. Amanda from Good companions was amazing and very understanding in suggesting what her needs were. She worked very closely with me explaining to my aunt why she needed increased care Now she has 7 days daytime care. I found Good companion very professional and caring right from my first enquiry regarding care for my 89 year old mother. We had 2 weeks full time 24/7 care for Mum and the carer was more than we could of hoped for, Bronnie the carer is a asset to the company and went out of her way in the care she provided, experienced, practical and very good company with a great sense of humor, I fully recommend them as a great service.
