This review is based on multiple incidents at the market 32 On N. Greenbush Rd. in North Greenbush, New York. A fairly new store, has self check out registers. Every time I go to self checkout the lady treats me like a criminal. She hovers over my shoulder. She’s so close, I can smell the cigarette on her breath. A few weeks ago, I wanted to make a soup. I purchased a 200.00 on 12 /16 2024 for my Son for Christmas as well as a stewarts gift card and a Texas Roadhouse gift card all came except Price Chopper , I'm deeply disappointed for the cost of what you charge for food there ought to be a customer service agent that doesn't give me a run around . Because I chose free shipping there's no time on when it will arrive . First off, I love shopping at Price Chopper. My go to for groceries. However they need to replace the American Flag at the Glen St store. It's disrespectful to those who served in our military. It's been brought up to the "manager" a few times, without any action taken. Please replace it. Thank you in advance and thank you to those who serve and served. 🙏

I don’t know if it’s just Price Chopper Notth Utica or all of them but cashiers need better training. I’m handicapped and use handicap cart. My experience on more than one occasion with cashiers has been horrible, last time causing me a Horrible injury to my shoulder and neck. Had I known it would Uber painful for so long I would have reported it and the cashier. If I had kept my receipt I’d do it today. Discussing it with others o find they also experience the same treatment
