This review is based on multiple incidents at the market 32 On N. Greenbush Rd. in North Greenbush, New York. A fairly new store, has self check out registers. I purchased a 200.00 on 12 /16 2024 for my Son for Christmas as well as a stewarts gift card and a Texas Roadhouse gift card all came except Price Chopper , I'm deeply disappointed for the cost of what you charge for food there ought to be a customer service agent that doesn't give me a run around . Because I chose free shipping there's no time on when it will arrive . First off, I love shopping at Price Chopper. My go to for groceries. However they need to replace the American Flag at the Glen St store. It's disrespectful to those who served in our military. It's been brought up to the "manager" a few times, without any action taken. Please replace it. Thank you in advance and thank you to those who serve and served. 🙏
