I recently got engaged and I decided to bring my ring to the Goldsmith Custom Jewelry repair store because my ring was too big. I had my ring back within a week even though they were super busy from Christmas time! They are also super friendly and helpful. I love my ring. The jeweler did a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
Awesome experience, good customer service and reasonable pricing. Had a diamond replaced in engagement ring, claws and rhodium dipped on a set of rings and box gold chain repaired. Awesome work, very pleased
This shop provided us with awesome service. My partner proposed on Signal Hill but oops.. the ring was too small! We called The Goldsmith and requested a rush on resizing the ring since I was itching to wear it. Obviously a rush order is not always possible to accommodate, but on this particular day it seems it was so they agreed. They shocked us with how quickly they were able to resize the ring, and with no loss of quality I might add.. the ring was returned sparkling and perfectly sized.
