I dropped my ring off for cleaning, polish and rhodium plate. The service was great. They are professional and friendly. Harry designed my wedding set and quite a few years later he custom made a second wedding band to match. He is the goldsmith I continue to use. I received great service and I was very pleased with the work done. The price was very reasonable. I have no complaints and will continue to get all my work done here.
They fixed my omas ring in house and did an excellent job.
My wedding ring was pretty beat up, worn down and had lost the diamond. Had it rebuilt to be thicker and an emerald put in instead while still maintaining the original design that I had designed for our rings
The best experience! From the moment we walked in, they were so welcoming and friendly! I came in to get my engagement ring resized, one that I had not bought from here. They were so incredibly patient and dedicated to helping me find the right size. They reassured me my ring was in good hands and erased any worries I had about leaving it. It only took 3 days and I couldn’t be more happy. This business is now my go to for all future inquiries! I so appreciate your friendliness, work and patience!
I had a necklace latch replaced, and within a few days of wearing it, it completely broke. When I called to discuss some resolutions, they were kind, but the only solution they offered was to come get a replacement latch. Unfortunately, I won't be home for several months and was hoping that, given the circumstances, they would at least refund me. They declined.
