Excellent customer service
We came in at the last minute looking for a men’s ring in size 13, needed for the next day, which wasn’t in any of the other jewellery stores without special ordering. Golden Touch staff were very kind and accommodating and had several options for us! We would come here again and highly recommend!
It sucks to write this, cause they seem to generally have good reviews, but I had a weird experience here. I came to have a ring resized that I thought was Sterling Silver. They said no problem, and charged me 60 dollars. When I came to pick it up, the resize was really noticeably a different colour than the rest of the ring. I thought it was just bad luck and couldn't be helped, so I took it home. Now, some time later, it turns out the ring was counterfeit- it was plated silver with bronze or copper under.
