I booked an appointment online after trying to phone. It was confirmed for today at 11 with anyone as apparently Edward left (?). Anyway, I'm here and the shop is closed down and no sign. So I will go elsewhere. Don't waste your time with the Tecumseh location.
My 4-year-old was very upset after her birthday haircut was unexpectedly canceled. Despite receiving a confirmation that morning, we arrived to find the Tecumseh salon had closed without notice. A call or text in advance would have been appreciated
Took my daughter to get her hair done here. She had the gentleman cut her hair and he did a great job thank you.
Edward was great and did the best he could with little to no water for my wash and set! When you are paying for a Wash and set you would expect water so for that reason I think this salon needs to address the water issue or lack of water because it’s not right to charge for this service ! This business also lacks the variety of hair products it used to carry. No water no hair products = poor customer service. Sorry but this is so unfair to the customers and the stylists at this garbage salon!
