I came here on Saturday to get French tip dip nails. The work was absolutely beautiful and I loved my nails. By Tuesday 2 nails had already cracked one of which is missing a chunk on the tip. Before I left the nail artist told me if I break any nails within the first week to come back in and they would be fixed. I called Tuesday and was told that the same nail artist would be there at 5. Came here versus my usual nail spot across the way. I was immediately greeted and brought around to a massage chair for a pedicure. I was the only guest at the moment. The chairs were worn down although they worked just fine. I asked to know how long the massage was for the basic pedicure— the nail tech said they will not tell you how long the massage is. website says they close @7pm but when i get there he tells me they close @6pm. waste of time & gas.
Dont make an appointment because you won't get the person you booked with, this happens almost every time I've gone and wanted to have a certain person do my nails. I went and they gave me to someone else to do my toes, then had me wait for the person I booked with, around 20 minutes, and I had to ask them to just have anyone do my nails because I couldn't spend all day there. On top of that the lady that did my manicure cut me pretty good with the clippers that I'm honestly worried about getting an infection now. I wont be ... read more
