The Golden Lion Pub is a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink. They have a good happy hour, and the crowd is a nice mix of locals and guests staying at the hotel, which creates a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The service is always friendly and attentive. Good food. Nice experience
Really great experience. Walked in on Sunday an hour before their daily happy hour ends - was greeted by William (Will) the bartender and immediately it didn’t feel like I walked into a business establishment. It felt like I walked in to my friends house to have some drinks and chit chat. The food was great, especially the salmon sliders. Can’t go wrong with loaded tots either. If you’re looking for a high class environment that doesn’t break the bank - definitely check out the Golden Lyon Pub for their daily happy hour.
